This Level 3 qualification is designed for operators, directors, transport managers, and compliance staff who need a recognised professional standard of knowledge in road transport compliance. It is a course regularly required by the UK Traffic Commissioner, particularly at Public Inquiries, to demonstrate that participants understand their legal responsibilities and the requirements of Operator Licensing.
